bullet disconnect

Hi all. Recently, I’ve been playing a bunch of bullet, and noticed in a Few games that my opponent would randomly start having a disconnect timer, while they were still playing moves, and then they would disconnect. I thought nothing of it, until it happened to me twice in my last to games, and it disconnected me out of the game. My internet was fine, we have good internet, so I don’t know what happened. I’m on iPad

Wow, this literally happened to me yesterday! I was also on my iPad. I thought I did something by accident to trigger this, but it seems to be a critical game-breaking bug on chess.com right now. I submitted a bug report yesterday, so hopefully they fix the issue soon. In the meantime, I haven't had any problems on my computer yet, so I guess the web app is the way to go for now.
Oh and it's not just limited to bullet. It's happening in blitz too.
