Bullet Time Issues

i don't understand bullet chess on this website! 

i tried to instantly pre-move all my moves and suddenly my time went for 45 to 10 seconds.

why does it happens in bullet? also if you will say it's the connection or ISP , i already play on 3 different websites / Lichess / Chess 24 / pogo.com so why this issue never happened to me on other websites? i paid for 1 year membership before and still you don't focus on these kind of issues. and also bullet is infested with hackers yesterday i played 5 games with same person he have 98% accuracy and we played around 30 moves like come on / honestly best way to deal with hackers just make the registration with identification card so whenever you caught hacker you will have his information and you can press legal charges against him and permanent Hardware ban. it's the easiest solution for this bullshit
