any advice? i figuered a few, surprise your opponent with strange moves after a complicated attack. when i do that they usually take a lot of time from them. use premove after exchanges and checks and in the beginning when there is less risk. if opponent low on time, put lking in safe place and move pawns using premove . hover piece over your own before doing premove when its risky.

I'm better at blitz than bullet. But overall I do well when I constantly just improve my position and only then attack weaknesses in the position as I see them. Or, if there's no weakness, sometimes I force one. Like exchange saccing a R for a N on f6 for gxf.
