I think I could make my bullet go as high as my blitz, if I really wanted and made the effort, but... My internet is awful as I share it with 5 other people now (and playing bullet on a phone is impossible). And then, generally speaking I don't like bullet, unless... Well unless I am totally drunk. So my current bullet rating is my drunk chess rating really

I play bullet on my phone and flag my opponents all the time. I’ve won about 80% of my games because of it.

Flag your opponent in chess means you beat him on time. But, you know, he's talking about his 500 bullet experience. At that level I think you can premove half of the game out of your a/*, blunder all of your pieces in the process and then win anyway, because your opponent is not strong enough to finish you under serious time pressure.
My rating is lower the faster the time control is except bullet for some reason
