Dear staff, your mobile app is one of the worst apps. [Edited for language - Mod.]fix your bugs. Also, please remove the "auto-resign by disconnection" feature. When I play live chess on my phone, I want to concentrate on the moves I have to make rather than trying to bypass all the [Edited for language - Mod.] your app throws at me. Your [Edited for language - Mod.] app is the only one installed on my phone that can't find the internet connection.

I submitted some tickets a while ago, went unanswered. shame! I think I will let other people know about this [edit this foul language] approach the staff has and maybe move on to another website

Did you check your spam folder?

It is an issue for me, but only when I do not have a stable connection.

They simply stopped caring about it, because they want to keep the damn feature active. But any player that starts a 10 minute match can expect up to 20 minutes for the match to end, right? So who cares what the opponent does? If the opponent wants to disconnect, he will lose by forfeit. But if he simply stops moving, the counter goes on. Stupid feature designed by stupid people. And they understood the issue, but they won't do anything about it. Not even answer back. I'm disgusted.

Well I'm certain your polite gentle nature came through loud and clear in your initial messages for assistance. I'm shocked and stunned they began to ignore you.

I can guarantee you that no one "stopped caring"

Where did you send the email to?

hidrargir

nevertheless, I'm right. and the fact that you address my polite nature shows me two things: you're the type o person that likes to argue online because of it's own polite and gentle nature. second thing you showed me is that you have no more arguments because you need to poke at my personal side. well done!

as for the emails, I'm on my phone now, away from my PC. I'll get back with screenshots of the whole conversation, just for your satisfaction.

7.) How come no one ever responds to my support tickets:

Have them check their spam folder... we respond to 100% of tickets in an average of about 14 hours. (actually quite a bit less. Its only as high as 14 hours because billing issues take longer.) It is incredibly rare to not get a response within 2 days. Its best to ask them to send another ticket. They can also search their inbox/spam/deleted for an email from support@chess.com which is the email we reply from most of the time: It could also be adfeedback@chess.com, feedback@chess.comCancel@chess.com

We do also get a fair amount of return mail from people who mistyped their email address when they sent their ticket which could also explain why they didn't get a response.
