Business Tactics Vs Chess Tactics

Not really. Business is all about tricking others into liking you while making deals in your favour. Basically by using psycho-tricks to exploit weaknesses in the humans behavioural patterns.
In chess it's all about calculating through the moves. You'll have a hard time to convince your opponent that a bad move is good for him. Mostly because you shouldn't really be talking in a chess game and because if you would, it would be expected that you try to gain an advantage whereas in business people are easy to convince that something is to the advantage of both of you.
