Literally before school I wanted to watch some GMs play but the top was a guy rated 2900+ and already I was kinda suspicious about this guys rating. Isn't 3000 rated players GMs or IMs? Well in this case NO!!!! So now I go to the game sacrificing my daily game report to find a cheater and I FOUND ONE!!He won shortly after I joined and I checked the score to PROVE my report and indeed I found a cheater! 99.4 accuracy from an unknown player. Fun fact: he only joined 34 minutes before I checked the game!!! I found a cheater and got myself a milestone, though sacrificing a game report. (PT2 will come when I found another)
The Chess.com team doesn't use accuracy to identify cheaters. https://support.chess.com/article/1135-what-is-accuracy-in-analysis-how-is-it-measured
The report you ran doesn't prove anything.
