I see that most of the grandmaster games end by draw? Are most of these games drawn by agreement? By which rule (stalemate/agreement/insufficient material/50 move rule/three-fold repetition) do most of these games end by draw?

100% by agreement, because they are good enough to know when another one of the drawing rules is inevitable.

I have no idea which drawing rule is the most common for them to spot.

Yes, almost all by agreement. Occasionally there is a draw by repetition, but usually when the third same position/player on move is not reached in three consecutive moves.
