Can a 1100 be better then a 1900?

Would be great if there was a blitz daily mode, where you have to maintain an average move time of under 4 hours across all your games

So if you wait 3 hours until you make every move and then stay up. So when your opponent go to bed they loose on time?

It’s an average i think. Eg an average of all moves over last 30 days. If it falls under that level, then you can’t start blitz daily.

Oh i see. You could make it like live, example 12+4 but in hours. So you got 12hours from start and you gain 4 hours per move you make. So you can save up time if you need tp go to work or sleep.

It is possible but not likely. Had the 1900 blitz player played nothing but blitz and bullet, developed the habit of just moving impulsively as quickly as possible and achieved a goodly % of his wins on time, it's possible that he won't be appreciably stronger than 1100 at daily. I would expect that such a player would be able to improve his daily rating fairly quickly should he play slower time controls for a while.

Seems weird. You'd think the reverse would be the case, except that so many of those quick games are won/lost on time alone, but even that doesn't seem to account for it.
