maybe he will move his king !
Can a chess.com staff please draw this game???

Yea, I already saw the draw. Check!
Now he'll wait 14 days before capturing my queen.
I blame myself. This is the LAST time I play 14 day games.

I all honestly I think 14 days per move is quite absurd.
How many people would be unable to get on the internet for 2 weeks? Then, think about how many people would not be able to get on the internet for two weeks at a time, multiple times in a game.
If this is a the case, I dont think that person should be playing chess...
Not attacking you, but cant see any justification for needing more than 2 weeks "vacation time" in a game with, say, 3 days per move. I just cant see what kinda person would be traveling for 14 days a month, and when they are mobile, cannot access a computer. It doesnt make much sense to me.

no diffence from correspondence chess.

Right, but consider the platform we're using. If this was over email, or snaimail, then 2 weeks could seem appropriate. If this was through email a person may not have access to a chessboard to study the position. If this was through snailmail a person as at the mercy of the mail delivery times.
We're online using chess.com as a platform. I cant see any reason why someone would use 14 days per move while on here since the only thing that can legitimately delay a move is a leave of absense.

You are the one who is wrong here! You posted a game that is in progress and you are asking readers to advise you. If I were staff I would give the win to your opponent and suspend you for breaking the rules!
I didn't ask you what you thought. I didn't ask for anyone to advise me, either. The thread was directed at staff, so STFU.

But is true, is it against the TOS here that is forbidden to discuss ongoing game here.
The thread was directed at chess.com staff. If other people come on here and discuss that's their perogative. Not once did I ask another for anything. Not input, advice, nothing. I can't control what people talk about. Furthremore, he specifically stated that I was "asking readers to advise me", which I refuted, to which you have now stated "but it's true". So it's true that I was asking readers to advise me? Buy a pair of glasses and STFU.

If you want to talk to the staff you should have send a ticket to them by clicking on the Help and Support's link at bottom of page.

You STFU! You posted an ongoing game in a forum! That's a clear violation of the rules. I hope your opponent files a ticket against you and has the game awarded to him! FU MF!

When someone offers me a draw I always accept provided it doesn't hurt my rating. Here is proof of that...
I accepted a draw here...

That even hurt my rating a little bit. That's how considerate I try to be.
I think it's simply foolish. Weak players routinely offer draws in lost positions. Why, I don't know. Maybe they hope their opponent can't count. It is of course your right to gift draws but don''t try to convince everyone else to adopt your low standards.

Please, chess staff?

It's clearly drawn. He wants to bore me into resignation. Please force the draw. If I were playing in a tournament I could go get the tournament director and he/she would declare a draw. I don't have that luxury here. But I still think people who do this are wrong. It's inconsiderate and rude.
Have you considered learning the rules of the game before you cry to staff and TD's.
If you were in a tournament and your opponent refused to draw you would have to demonstrate either a three-fold repetition or the 50 move rule (or equivalent) otherwise a TD has no choice but to accept your opponent's right to play on.
Your opponent theoretically could have still won, either by your blunder or on time.
If you don't like the rules play a different game.
