Kd4 followed by threatening the knight with the bishop will win the d5 pawn and give you a good chance.
Bishop>Knight 3pawns>2pawns.
Bishop vs. Knight.
3 connected pawns vs. 2 isolated pawns.
Whites king is more centrally located.
This is an easy win for white.
1.Kd4 win the d5 pawn and game over.

You can indeed! But it takes a bit of finesse! Try getting the king to g3, and you're winning. Just forced black to make moves and then use the king to escort to pawns to the 8th rank. You don't have to rush, black can't do anything with the d pawn as long as you control d2.
