Can anyone play at this site without cheating?

I play only bullet without increment and I often have cheaters. Sometimes midgame they suddenly have 3 knights or bishops without promoting or sometimes their clock doesn't even start at all (not premoved) once I saw a bishop walk through my pawn and taking a piece behind it. And I regularly can not checkmate them because the site would not accept my last move even though my connection is perfect and it is marked as a legal move in the analysis after the game.
