Can Carlsen hold for a decade or more?

I feel that Carlsen still has a long time until he peaks performance and will remain champion for at least 10 years. I know there are players who are strong contenders and a number of future ones but Carlsen is going to go above and beyond what he is at now.

He certainly has all the chances to dominates chess world, I think Aronian, Kramnik, Naka, etc will have to reshape their style to face 5 hour/40 good moves games.

carlsen is basically at his peak right now.  he is not going to go above and beyone where he is right now.

The simple answer is that it all depends on Carlsen. He has the world in his hands, now let's see if he can hang onto it...
