Chess.com's Chess Mentor is like that.  It asks you to pick a move.  And for every incorrect choice it has at least a little to say about why it's not the solution move... sometimes more than a little if it was a good try.  It has a lot of different positions.

You can also do this on your own with a collection of annotated games or with software although in both cases you either wont have the chance to explore every move, or won't be given a verbal explanation of why and why not for every move.

yeah buts it too complicate it would be nice to have something like the TT..or maybe an endgame trainer..that would be cool as well

Hmm, not sure what you mean by too complicated.  You're given a position and asked to find a move.  Positional chess isn't as much about pattern recognition as tactics are (although it plays a role of course).  It's more about the thought process.

However if you were willing to spend some money you may be interested in books like Gelfer's "Positional Chess Handbook" which just gives position after position (themed too).  Or Cheng's "400 Practical Chess Exercises" which is like a tactics book but you don't know if the solution is tactical or positional so you have to treat it like a real game.

Bellin and Ponzetto's "Test your Positional Play" is also a good book with test position after test position where you have to find the correct way to proceed.  (Except they prompt you by giving you 3 possible answers and you have to pick the correct one.  It tries to trick you though by making good arguments for the bad plans so you have to be objective).

Computer Workout here is an endgame trainer of sorts.  Lots of material, and much of it is very difficult.  I've tried several of them so far, and will likely do more.

Not all aspects of chess can be trained up in a quick and fun way.  Positional thinking is tough.  Converting technically won endgames into actual victories is often tough, too.  If you want the knowledge, you have to work at it.

Chess mentor was not complicated. In fact, it's one of the most easiest chess tool for you to use in your training.

Chess Mentors have hints, tips, and key tools that can help you to pick your move and not to play impulsive ones.
