Can Chinese in China Use Chess.Com? | Without VPN ?

Yeah 100 % sure. I am based in Europe, but I work at night. When I check time of the day I mostly play it's all equal morning/afternoon/evening/night 25%/25%/25%/25%. And yet I am not being matched against Chinese at all. I play mostly Americans (US), Indians, Philipinos, Indonesians.

Maybe the matchmaking system tries to minimize delay for players based on their geographic location?

I'm from China，in China，many people can’t play international-chess. chess player in China like play Chinese chess,that’s the local chess in china,it has long histroy.and many Chinese international -chess player doesn’t know chess.com,they like use the chinese app to play international-chess because that app use Chinese languages.

Yes perhaps true however once you login you can change language to Chinese

What I mean is that the Chinese translation of this site is not good. for example, pin is translated into "钉子", and the "钉子" only has a noun meaning in the Chinese, and for a native speaker of the Chinese, he will think that it is a pin placed on the chessboard.More Chinese internation-chess books translated him into "牵制".if i want to learn "牵制",i didn't find it in chess.com because in chess.com it name's "钉子".

@QWE098123ASD ... ah yes this is true forsure ... as here if most understand English well then they can figure out what the semi translation is in Chinese however if not then yes your correct it may be hard for Chinese in China who primarily speak Chinese and little English ... so yes I get it and funny fact which I am surprised in, ... on this app there is over 500,000 USA accounts be it puzzles or blitz or rapid in China on this app there is very low to what I thought ...
