To truly become a GM (General Manager) in 29 days, one must define what a GM is. In this case yes it's possible.
29 days is too long. You can probably do it in 14 days.

I heard GargleBlaster's guide to bullet chess will raise your standard FIDE rating like 3000 points. You should try it GargleBlaster, maybe you'll make CM someday.
