YES all DBs are OK with one exception: do not use any endgame tablebase such as the the Nalimov Endgame Tablebase. "ETs" have solved ALL endgames with 6 or less pieces on the board - pawns and kings count as pieces BTW. Even if chess.com hasn't specifically banned them it's still cheating to use them.
