Can not see the full videos

I find some of videos are played incompletely, even only a one minute advertisement. I am already golden member. I would like to konw why. Need I upgrade my membership?
nothing special about the videos anyway, they are free videos on YouTube that are better

I'm pretty sure you have to be a diamond member to watch the videos, which I highly recommend. Lots of good instructional videos here.
