I found one that's close. White's first move is a bishop move, but the ending position is what you described.

I'm looking for a mate in two puzzle in which the moves were 1. Rb3 (blocking the b pawn) Ka5 2. Ra3# because the b pawn is pinned by a bishop. Yet I cannot recall the position, sadly.
