can someone tell me why one move is better than the other?
While we are on the subject. My car is making a funny nose. Can you tell me what the problem is?
I just gazed into my crystal ball again. Twelve clowns have taken up residence inside your car...

I'd say that roughly speaking it's because you're better off hiding your King than trading Bishops (when your opponent plays 10... Qc5) and having your King out in the open.
Note that taking your Bishop with the Queen ALSO attacks your Knight. There's a way to save the Knight after 10... Qc5 (see if you can find it), but it also loses a small amount of material and still leaves your king out there.
(And now, for the better players to tell me I missed something, or I'm completely off-base...)

I wouldnt know...If the OP is to lazy to post the game, im certainly not going to do the work for him.
Without you posting the game, how is anyone supposed to answerthat question?

P.S. it's rude to call me lazy when you don't know why i haven't posted the game. idk how to post the board and i was trying to link the game but unfortunately there seem to be a lot more posts so i was trying to figure out what happened. Thank you for your time though.
Then you should have added that you dont know how to post a game.
Oh. A lot of comments have happened while I was looking this up lol.
But the reason Kh1 is better is because your opponent could have played 10. ...Qc5+ which would have forked your bishop and king. So he gets the bishop back that you just took. But then you leave your king exposed. Here's the line a 1min analysis popped out: (10... Qc5+ 11. d4 11... Qxc4 12. Nxe512... Qxd4+ 13. Qxd4 13... Nxd414. Na3 14... d6 15. Nf3)

umm..ok.
Everyone, thank you. If you see in the forum there's another post exactly like this and I did post the game there. I'm not sure why 2 topics were created as I only made one.
