You can't be 800 while also having the skill of a 1500. If you are 800 your skill is 800, no more no less.
If your skill is really 1500 you would have to be deliberately throwing games to get it to 800. Is this what you have done? If not and you are losing half your games at 800 despite your best efforts you are a beginner, so either way why would anyone take up your offer?
I don't believe you do I have been having 800 rating for one month then went up so I do understand 800's play style, and whats your accuracy and your loses because that can determine it
