Can't help stopping myself from playing fast.... please help.... IT SUCKS!

@AviaSharma, Try to calm down, take a deep breath and continue, and forget the fact that you're a fast player. It'll budge.

Don't play bullet. Then, if you must play blitz, take your time in the earlier stages, stop reflex moving (your reflexes aren't good enough - I know from own experience, haha), give moves some thought. Your set up will be much better for the rest of the game.. Obviously you will have less time later, but by then, you will be running on instinct and reflexes anyway.

Bullet doesn't interest me. I wish I was better at it but it seems whenever I play and the game starts to get interesting I realize I just lost on time. I don't like long time controls either, blitz with an increment suits me best. If you enjoy bullet, AviaSharma keep playing it, however if you want to improve your game and let the fundamentals really sink in, you have to slow it down to absorb what you're learning.
