Can't take a lose!

I get really frustrated when I lose a game. Check out my recent game. It was against a 1400+ player and I was actually in a good position. But a blunder! I thought my king was on f1, guarding the e1 square.
But it wasn't. Made a blunder, lose a rook. Game over. There was nothing I could do!
Can you guys suggest me some tips on how to deal with frustration?
It was a 10/0 Blitz tournament and I left the tournament after the first game. I stood 2nd yesterday on this 10/0 Blitz tournament and this tournament sucked on the very first game!
