You just "innocently" used an engine?

How did you manage THAT?

Based on the "until proven guilty" clause ...

Does that mean if you start out doing wrong and keep doing it you probably won't get caught? Just wondering if the detection would catch that.

If you repeatedly win games with 95+ accuracy, you will probably get banned.

No, if you repeatedly win games with 95+ accuracy, you will certainly draw the attention of the Cheat Detection Team, who will then analyze your games with a specific eye to detecting engine use. But high accuracy won't get you banned. It will get you investigated.

Is that what they call a blue emu flex?

Yup.

But it also makes my point. High accuracy is no problem if you come by it honestly.

Chess.com has publicly said multiple times that CAPS is not part of their cheat detection.

But yes, obviously having many high % games is suspicious, and will probably cause a lot of people to report you.

you can definitely get banned from being falsely reported

Or in your case just being an abusive troll @myratingis1523

I dont understand why. Some normal chess players get banned who I know never cheated and their accuracies are always about 80 to 85 got banned. Have no idea why some normal chess players who never cheated and played wiht a normal accuracy just got banned. I have no idea how.

How do you "know" they never cheated?

I can't open chess.com from my IP address but I'm able to play with the same account using VPN. Does this mean that I'm banned? I didn't do anything wrong though, at least intentionally.

I was just innocently trying it out. I apologize for using the engine, but I really hope I don't get banned because I have made way to much progress on my account.

he feels it in his toes

honesty's all around him

and so the feeling grows ...
