The site uses a third-party ad provider. Many ad providers based on various tracking data. I can't say if the site would consider that particular one inappropriate, since the site is 13+ and the image used in the ad could be considered at worst PG-13.

But, you can report it using the information in the link provided above.

It's a US based movie rating system but it means appropriate for 13+ with parental guidance. The site may decide it isn't appropriate, but it may not.
