It depends on how early you are resigning and how often. The game has a way to decide whether a resignation is justified, however I can imagine this having errors. If you resigning after a first few moves then the system has reason to be suspicious of sandbagging, but if you are resigning about midway through the game after losing a major piece, then the system will likely ignore it. I'd recommend just playing through the traps to avoid it, and maybe while doing that you can find ways to avoid traps in the first place.
Can you be banned for sandbagging if you're just really really bad?

I keep falling into awful traps and i'm consistently at 100 elo, and I often resign after the blunder (not ideal for getting better at chess but i might get premium eventually so i can actually review my games.) Am I at risk?
