Can you block certain regions?

Certain regions have a much higher cheating issue than other regions.  Is there a way to limit what regions you play against?

And before anyone gets upset over this, remember that this site has chosen to delete certain national flags.

If you don't see why, look at my last two games in a row. I take a lead, the opponents, both from the same region, abandon the match and I have to watch the clock tick down for however many minutes.
Twice in a row, this stuff isn't rare. They happened after I made this post. And I made the post because this stuff keeps happening.
Sure it can happen anywhere, but it's a way bigger problem in some places than others.
