Yes, in certain positions, it may be possible, but you have to have the right material to force the capture of your pieces and still maintain the stalemated king position.

Yes, but it's very rare. The term "force stalemate" is a bit misleading. In the examples so far they are one move forced stalemates. All the moves leading up to that are optional, not forced. 

In a forced checkmate, ANY response still results in checkmate. That's not true with almost all stalemates. In most stalemates they are not forced but are obviously preferrable to losing.
