Can you learn from analyzing 1-min games?

Just curious.  I was thinking of going thru all (probably will never happen) or at least some of my lightning games to try to understand patterns of thought that are wrong.  Wrong instincts you could say.

Worthwhile or just silly?

Also, what's up with the ligtning ratings?  I was 1600-1700 for awhile then all of a sudden I broke 2000 & ultimate topped out at over 2100.  Now I'm back in the mid-1700's.  I'm assuming chess.com did some tweaking with the ratings.

Cheers,

You will sure learn bullet chess mistakes, and become better at bullet chess, but I dont think you learn anything (or almost anything) for higher time controls.
