CANNOT PREMOVE IN BULLET

I can premove in bullet but when i get really low on time the premove does bot load but it thinks it has so my clock keeps going but I cant move because it thinks the premove is loaded and another part thinks it hasn't and I lose on time and before you ask I was not in check. Has anyone else experienced this issue in bullet or frankly any time mode and then lost on time. Please let me know because I dont want to be the only one experiencing this 😭. Don't worry abuut premoving - just play better and faster than your opponent. Play some 10 or 15 minute games because that's where you really want to improve.
