can’t abort anymore

I was playing 10 minute chess, and I wanted to beat some of those currymunchers so I aborted every game I didn’t see that cheeky dirty little [Removed] flag. However at some point I could only resign. Which I understand so that you don’t keep aborting every game against players that you don’t want to play. But now that I have played some games, I still don’t have the option to abort anymore. What do I need to do to fix this?

Aborting games too often will temporarily suspend your ability to abort games.

After playing some more games, your ability to abort games will be restored.

You can always abort yourself off of this website forever and make it a better place to play chess

Natural and logical consequences. Good for chessdotcom for enforcing some rules.
Too bad they haven't yet closed this thread.
Where are you @abusereport? "curry munchers" is not ambiguous.

The best is when they do this for months. I couldn't abort against this guy. The 354 elo player who I couldn't abort against next played at 97 accuracy over 40 moves so I got to lose 11 or 12 elo. Cool policies. Lichess is free everyone.

I’m still on Lichess. Still a patron, too. I prefer chessdotcom.

Tomorrow’s blog post will have some links to studies on Lichess, too. Both sites have things the other lacks.
