Can't change my screen name?

Unfortunately you can not change
did you go to www.chess.com/settings/change-username?
I think premium members can change their names more than once.
Maybe they did away with that option with V3. Why do you want to change your name anyways.? Isn't the world screwed up enough.?
When I go to settings and then try to change my screen name, the link takes me back to the home screen instead of allowing me to change.. Is this a known bug?
