Can't get computer analysis to work

That's ugly. I am having problems running a computer analysis of my completed games. For the last couple of days I have been getting a red error messages saying that the program crashed. I am just posting this on your thread because I am having problems, but not getting the same jumble as you are. Maybe they are related and someone knows the answer.

Thanks for your input guys, but the result is the same with alternative browsers, and accessing games differently doesn't improve things. Clearing the cache does nothing. I had the same problem some a few months ago, then it randomly started working after a few days. Now it's not working again.
