Openings dont decide your games. Blunders and missed tactics do. Perform a blunder check before you move.
“Are my pieces safe”?
Ask yourself: "What is my opponent trying to do?"
That will mean you will have to slow down which you wont, but good luck.

One other piece of advice you might need when you get much better.... don't allow counter play.
Advice for now...decide what you want to do after your opponent moves. What was once a good idea may not work anymore.
Legit can't. Whenever I get close, its an instant 10 game losing streak. Tried Kings Indian, I get blown out of the water every time. I try to play solid, people play the dumbest opening moves (knights on the edge, early queen) and still win. I've studied middlegames, endgames and solid openings, but I still lose every time.
