cant play live game at all

Live seems to be down.
I don't have that problem. But there are a bunch of people saying that they have that problem.
The utube crap doesn't work

Goddammit :( It is happening to me too. Not from the laptop nor the phone
I had the same problem. I am running FireFox on a linux machine. I cleared out my browser stuff (history, cache, cookies & all) I had to log in again but now I can get to live games. Live games has been on and off for me today, so I don't know if clearing my browser really did anything. If you still can't get on, try it & let me know.

Change your DNS server to get chess.com to work. It wasn't working for me too but is now.
I was pointing to Google Public DNS and do NOT remember changing to this DNS, so makes me wonder if there is some "virus/hack/etc" that changed this without me knowing.
Anyway, I just change back to option "Obtain DNS server address automatically" instead of Google DNS and chess.com live works now.
