Hey, I just looked at your games, and the first thing that I noticed is that you play very fast. Maybe slowing down a bit and double-checking a move before you play it could help? Have you heard of the check, capture, attack method where each time it's your move you ask yourself these 3 questions:
1. Can I deliver a useful check?
2. Is there a piece I can capture?
3. Can I attack something?
Going through the questions might help you consider moves that you would have otherwise missed.
That your form varies and you have better and worse games is normal. Since you are playing around 6 games every day, another thing you could try is taking a break for 1-3 days and coming back with renewed energy.
This happens pretty regularly, I'll briefly improve after maybe learning a tactic, then after about 3 games I just lose all my skill. I've tried lessons, books, and I play daily (usually about 6 games a day, IRL and online) but I just keep getting worse at the game.
