can’t win anymore

Look at those 25 games and figure out where you went wrong. Did you drop pieces in each? Lose on time? Forget to castle?
Everybody has good streaks and bad streaks. Try not to get too upset.

lol same. I once went from 1400 rapid to 1250.
i'd advice u to stop worrying bout ur rating; it's just a number. play chess for fun not to win.

That's happened to me, and I posted a few threads asking what I do wrong.
It turns out, that I don't castle and that gets me in trouble a lot. Maybe there's a specific thing that you are weak in and if you fix it, your rating will get higher.

You should analyze those game to see what you did wrong and never repeat the mistakes. If you don't know what to do, look at the board, find their weakness, you don't need to go straight for the king. You need a clear objective like attacking an unprotected piece pushing pawn to break their pawn structure, ect. If you struggle to play in defensive position try a more offensive opening. I think there are many videos about tactics and many problem in general that can help you with that. When I was 1200 I also face problems about tactics so I just make random pawn push until the opponents blundered

You only play blitz. Try longer time controls. With more time to think you will learn to calculate and analyze better. You will see many things that you are now overlooking. Once you have a better understanding of the game your blitz games and rating will improve.

losing 100 points is completely normal. take a break for a few days and when you come back really focus on your games

Dear Rwaishd18,
I am a certified, full-time chess coach and International Master, so I have seen it and tried it all.
There are so many ways to get better and I know it can be overwhelming.
You can learn from free videos on youtube, there are books at your disposal that can all help, but they are not tailored to your needs.
One of the most important things you can do is to analyze your games! You must learn from your mistakes! That is a priority. You can't really move on to a new, different topic and learn new ideas if you still make the same mistakes over and over again!
This is where a chess coach comes into the picture. A good coach can show you how to study, what to study, gives you the material YOU need. Naturally, it takes time to use everything in practice, but if you are relentless and persistent you will succeed!
You should learn the main principles in every area of the game (opening, middlegame, endgame). Don't focus on only one part! You should improve your tactical vision as well as it is part of all areas!
This how I built my training program for my students. We discuss more than one topic during a lesson so it's always interesting and they can improve constantly. I give homework too and the right tools to make practicing enjoyable and effective!
Don't worry about your rating and the ups and downs! Just keep on playing and practicing!
I hope this helps. I wish you good games and 100+ extra ratings

Set a minimum rating for yourself. For example, say that you want a minimum rating of 1000. Once your rating gets close to going under that minimum, stop playing rated and play unrated games. Gradually improve your skills until you can consistently win games at 1000. Then, go back to playing. This is how I stay above 1800 in bullet.
