At first I thought you were predicting Carlsen will win 4 more games than Karjakin will, then read the other posts.
This is probably a more interesting question... will Carlsen be +2? +3 or 4?
IIRC he was +2 last match against Anand (Carlsen winning 3, Anand winning 1). Karjakin is pretty good, so I wouldn't guess +4.

What we are doing is a vote. If we vote for Carlsen, we add 1 to the previous number and post it. If we vote for Karjakin, we subtract 1 from the previous number.

Carlsen +1 . Karjakin is a strong player. He is a stronger opponent than Vishy Anand for Carlsen.
