I have a few question about castling (sorry for bad english)

1. Is there any profi chess player in the world who do not prefer castling?

2. On this clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OczeaKRWy3o&NR=1

the king is pretty safe in the middle, product of game developing

but whether there is any variation of the opening where you plan in advance not to do castle?

Thanks

1. Absolutely not.  Such a player would not be a professional (profi?)

2. It really depends on the position. Castling is MERELY a means towards King Safety and Rook development. If the position is closed and development is allowed to be slow and strategic on both sides, leaving the King in the center is fine and may often even be ideal.

Why would someone have a personal taste against getting the king to safety and connecting the rooks in the easiest possible ways?

Is there anyhow who has a personal taste against moving the knight 2 ranks upwards? I do, I only move my knight one rank at a time when advancing it higher up on the board. It gives me some problems in the openings, I can't for example play any of the 1.e4 e5 Nf3 or Nc3 openings, but I still manage.
