No, this is not possible.  Remember this requirement: No pieces can be between the king and rook (and that includes your opponent's pieces).

Some additional clarification: Look at the position below.  Just as White has a bishop preventing castling queenside, there is a Black bishop preventing White from castling kingside.

By definition, no. But there are several castling tricks where you use a defensive move offensively. It can even be part of an advanced multipiece middlegame exchange combination to turn the odds in your favor.
