What is better? King-side castling or Queen-side castling? Why say so?

Impossible to know which is better without seeing the board. Every game is different.

I would suggest castling King side would be considered best overall, when castling early in the game. The reason being is that it requires less moves. King side, both the King and the Knight protect the h2 pawn. To protect the a2 pawn with the King and Knight, requires both getting an extra piece out of the way, and an additional move by the King.

One must take into account the position on the board of course at all times.

I would suggest casteling kingside too because if you castle quennside that leaves an isolated pawn. In some situations it really depends on what side you castle

Castling King's side places the King closer to the corner (on g1) so he has a shorter front to defend and is usually safer. The Rook only gets to f1 though, and will probably have to be moved again later.

Castling Queen's side instead leaves the King further from the corner, so he has a longer front to defend and is easier to attack. The Rook, however, reaches the center (d1) in a single move instead of two moves.

So castling K-side is safer, but castling Q-side is more aggressive.

Usually.

castling king side is normally safer, however you can activate your rook easier with castling queen side.

In my opinion, the choice between king-side castling and queen-side castling depends on the specific position and tactical considerations in a game of chess. King-side castling is generally faster, simpler, and provides a relatively secure king position with the support of pawns. On the other hand, queen-side castling often leads to a more central king position, allows for potential rook activity on open or semi-open files, and can result in a more solid pawn structure. The decision should be based on factors such as king safety, pawn structure, piece activity, and potential attack or defense possibilities in the game.

King Side of course. If you try queen side you’ll have to move the queen which is really weird. You shouldn’t move your queen in the beginning of the game, especially before castling. King side on the other hand is way easier to use. But if your king side is destroyed and your queen side is perfectly fine, then you should probably do that instead.

attack! attack! attack!

Depends on which side is protected properly if, try to castle opposite side of your opponent so you can attack on his king by moving your pawn+pieces directly on the pawn wall like you try'in to break through it.
