why is castling always a bad move for black.? I am not so much a good player but every time I make the castling move, white attacks aggressively., sometimes pushes h2 along with Bishop., and I either loose material (rook) or checkmate. Any solutions or games to solve this? I have serious tonourment coming up and this keeps me worried.,

Castling is usually a good move as black, unless your other pieces have abandoned your king. If you haven't made any other problems for yourself, an attack against your king should fail.
Perhaps you could post a game where you believe you got mated because you castled.
