castling in analysus fails

hi! i am a 960 chess newbie. have Kc8, Rd8 and Ra8 in the initial setup. why can't i casle after i move say, from d8 to h8 making space for Ra8 to castle o-o-o? all other conditions for castling are met. idk how it goes in the game but in the analysis mode this castling is rejected. could u please clear this?
