Well I definitely think this show would work now. Since The Queen's Gabit, interest in chess has been huge. I'd love to watch a show like this.

Anyone remember The Master Game on the BBC in the 1970s and 80s? Each 30 min episode featured a chess game with the 2 grandmasters explaining their thoughts as they played. I found it riveting as a child. I think the idea could work with celebrities.

It could be a training-the-celebs show. The Rocky formula is ever-popular. Combine it with one celebrity being booted off the show every week. Put them all in the same house for three months to add a Real World touch.
