Same happened to my bullet, I was at 1550 ratings with percentile around 92%, but now similar rating but percentile dropped to 89%.
Someone recently posted that they saw a decrease in the number of players in blitz. I believe that the pools are based on active players and the site may have changed how that is being calculated, which could have changed the percentiles.
