I don't really agree that the second player would be a master at all. Chess is a game of analysis and the brain is the only thing in the human body that can analyse. I would say the only move you should use your instrincts to determine is when your brain has selected more than one move that it likes, from there you can use your instincts to make the final decision of which move to make out of the moves your brain has selected.

I recently read an artilce on a thoery on chess players, called chaos theory!.
I t explained about these 2 chess masters(no names thou, i think it was more of an exaple , just to explain the theory).
1st player-Was a Chess master who had read books upon books, he was a master in every situation, and had a libary of tactics, stratagies and styles of chess memorized from watching and studing games.
2nd player- was also a chess master, he was the same as the first player, although instead of books, and analysing games, he was more of an inspired player, he played games based upon his in emotion towards war battle events, infamous war staratgies, etc etc. He played what his mind, and heart told him instead of his brain.
(2nd charcacter is quite difficult to unserstand), but this theory asked which would be the better player in chess.
But my question's are 1, which do you prefer 2, which one are you.
