Lol it just makes it a bit more like playing in person plus I need to learn, and that is the best way. I spose most people who play chess are quite unsocial it would seem haha

No, actually the majority of chess players are very social. Unfortunately a minority are complete numbskulls, and you will find it is those who wish to chat or skype the most.
That is why many of us turn off chat.
Would anyone be interested in skype chat and chess on here? I like to play but get bored of the silence. I'm a 23 year old guy, average player
