Dealing with him??
You should have reminded him of the rules, politely, and you might want to reconsider being a greeter.

Oops, I forgot to put what I responded to him. All lines that had NN: before it were all his. What I responded was on the lines of "No, I'm a robot. Just kidding."
Well, a previous new player asked if I was a real player, so I decided to tie it in.
Are you a greeter? You haven't even finished one normal game? How do you know the way around here?
Unrated games. :) I don't want to play chess games while worrying about my rating, at least not until I feel I'm ready.
Isn't there a 'greeter's group' where greeter's can blow off steam privately, without casting shadows on such new members as zacjack: vs. Goulin ??
...title being sarcastic.
Okay, so I volunteered to be a "Greeter" for new players, so I was playing against this player new to Chess.com. Out of the blue, he blurts:
NN: are you there
I was in the process of responding when:
NN: HEY ARE YOU THERE !!!!!!!!!!
So, being my sarcastic self, I responded:
NN: HEY HOW OLD ARE YOU
NN: YOU SOUND LIKE YOUR 11 OR 12
NN: HELLO
This coming from the guy who hung loads of pieces (I was seriously 12 pawns' worth of material ahead of him), used a plethora of exclamation points, used All-Caps, misspelled "You're", and was impatient enough to say "HELLO ARE YOU THERE" seconds after his previous message.
So yeah, how do I go about dealing with him? Is it report-worthy (was my sarcastic comment too instigative)? I've already checkmated him, so no need to ignore him.
