Perhaps you are already doing this, but I see several expert and above players with zero or very low losses. I would hope that you have checked them out for cheating.

and this was their reply:

We do indeed! In addition to our Cheat Detection Team who actively seeks and investigates players, we close accounts everyday after they are reported by members like you! If you see any players you suspect are cheating, please feel free to write to us here and let us know their username, we will be happy to investigate and if they are found to be cheating, their account will be closed.

So how exactly do they prove cheating? Do they really sit there analyzing games and counting the amount of computer moves? That's the only idea i've come up with to actually prove it.
