Cheaters are not banned

I play in an internet cafe. I see cheaters on Thurs laptops playing on chess.com literally daily. I look at their usernames and report them, and they are never banned. Not a single one. I literally watched a guy cheat 5 games in a row at the table next to me less than an hour ago. Why does this site do nothing about cheaters?
Thats the same as roblox moderation by banning schlep #freeschlep

Well i do, and those people really hate that i’m doing it. So i can really say I’ve experienced the same as Fet right now.

Well i joined a club that was made by them and i told them that in one of their forums. I really hope they respond with a positive answer!

They have a huge team dedicated to stopping it. They ban over 100,000 accounts a month.
