Cheaters are not banned

I play in an internet cafe. I see cheaters on Thurs laptops playing on chess.com literally daily. I look at their usernames and report them, and they are never banned. Not a single one. I literally watched a guy cheat 5 games in a row at the table next to me less than an hour ago. Why does this site do nothing about cheaters?

Stop faking like you have control over the forums

#5 I am helping the moderators. I'm also helping people by telling advice earlier and more understandably than moderators.

Well i do, and those people really hate that i’m doing it. So i can really say I’ve experienced the same as Fet right now.

Chess.com doesn't care about cheaters at all.

Hypothetically, if I cheated for the first move of the game, would chess.com detect and ban me for that?

Chess.com should force people to stream themselves and their desktop and send it over to a server where they can review the footage of any suspicious games, similar to Titled Tuesday. If they refuse the game cannot be rated and can only be unrated.

Well i joined a club that was made by them and i told them that in one of their forums. I really hope they respond with a positive answer!

Fet is right. Cheating discussions are not allowed in forums.

They have a huge team dedicated to stopping it. They ban over 100,000 accounts a month.
